I ❤ Greg Horn big time.

His first book, Living Green: A Practical Guide to Simple Sustainability influenced me to start on the path of sustainable living. I had the pleasure of first talking with Greg on my show in 2009: Greg Horn: author of Living Green and then again in 2016: Sustainability Begins at Home

Trust me when I say that whether you are concerned about climate change, personal health or just want to live more lightly on the planet, Greg Horn is someone with whom you will want to connect. Greg helped me get past the worry and showed me how to take positive action to improve my health and the health of this great planet of ours. I have learned about the 10 foods you should ALWAYS eat organic to avoid pesticides, herbicides, hormones and antibiotics. And things like how a simple carbon filter can dramatically improve your everyday health and potentially add years to your life. Honestly? I haven’t read a book before or since that made more sense or inspired me to change more than this book.

His second book, Living Well was no exception and I was thrilled to have Greg return to the show for a third podcast: Live Well, Live Your Best Life.

Whether you start with Living Green or Living Well – I would recommend both of these books for your summer reading. Cheers to inspiring wellness and change in all of us!
