As we begin the second week of 2013, may I gently remind you (and me) that sustainability is an inside job.  It’s really important to figure out how to take care of ourselves first before we can take care of everyone and everything else – including the planet.

I have this precious gift that my friend Cathy from Temco  (a local business owner!) gave me sitting right near my computer to help me remember. What’s your reminder that YOU are kind of a big deal and need to make taking care of yourself a top priority? (Since we can’t all live at Miraval  after all.)
