Jim’s work focuses on climate adaptation, sustainability, institutional transformation, and science for international development. He’ll join us to share insights based on a recently released report of which Jim was the lead author. As the Deputy Director for Climate Adaptation and International Development at the highly acclaimed UA Institute of the Environment, Jim is leading an effort to establish a network of institutions dedicated to integrating research-based knowledge about climate impacts and options for adaptation into decisions, particularly aimed at sustainable development around the world.
