Dana Gunders – The Earth’s Best Defense

Truth be told, I love Dana Gunders. She is a Staff Scientist at the NRDC and leads their work on reducing food waste. Dana is the author of the very widely distributed “Wasted: How America is Losing Up to 40% of Its Food from Farm to Fork to Landfill.” Happy to report that her work has been featured on CNN, CNBC, The New York Times, NPR AND she is a repeat guest on my show. I keep good company! But fear not, Dana is far from a dry scientist with a degree from Stanford. She is brilliant, fun, funny, engaging and spot on.
