Imagine my consternation when I picked up the week-end WSL and read that headline. Both Peter Singer (a “NO” if we make sacrifices) and Bjorn Lomborg (a “YES” if we listen to green extremists) make compelling arguments both ways.

Regardless, it points out the many complexities of what we face as a planet. Concerns over the environment are frequently linked to poverty (i.e. clean water).  Overpopulation is also a part of any serious discussion about environmental impact. So where do we go first for the solutions?

If you are interested in creating some cognitive dissonance in your brain today, I hope you give these to authors the in-depth look at what they have to say about sustainability & our planet. Well worth the read and further thought.

Would love for you to share yours.
