  • What is a Smart/Connected Home? New smart devices are making homes more energy efficient and easier to control. From managing your lights and thermostat, to managing your garage, these devices give us a glimpse into the future of energy use in homes across the country.
  • One smart device is The Nest thermostat, which allows you to control the temperature of your house straight from your phone! It also studies the temperature of your home throughout time so it can “learn” things like how long it takes the house to cool to the specified temperature, how long it takes the house to warm, etc.
