In the Green Living Magazine office, the staff is encouraged to recycle or compost. They don’t put things in the trash. Dorie, the publisher of Green Living, truly exemplifies reducing, reusing and recycling. She owns an aquaponics system in her backyard that grows different types of herbs. She reuses containers from her hair care and body scrubs. In addition, she uses non-VOC paints and switched her carpets to wood and bamboo flooring.
