Our Shows

We offer two podcasts each week: Mrs. Green’s World and Down to Earth with Mrs. Green. The intention for each podcast is to engage our audience in a lively, inspiring dialogue about our health, the health of our families, our communities and our planet. Mrs. Green, Gina Murphy-Darling, is an environmental educator. Her show provides an independent, non-political environment where she invites people to think and does not tell them what to think. The topics covered encourage all of us to make informed choices that will help us all to protect and preserve our planet.

The Mrs. Green’s World show is a 60-minute podcast, featuring health and sustainability experts from around the globe. The Down to Earth show is a spotlight on the southwest region of the United States and is a 30-minute, commercial free podcast.

All of our podcasts are available on our website under LISTEN NOW. BEST OF SHOW: Food for the Soul: Music!

Libby Roderick, American Singer, songwriter, recording artist, poet, activist and teacher

Phew – and she IS all that! For so many of us, music is our happy place, our healing place, our place that can feed our souls, calm us down, make us think, make us nostalgic. Well, Libby Roderick’s songs do all of those things for me. At a very low and exhausting part of my life earlier this year, I went to a workshop hosted by the Center for Compassion at the University of Arizona. The person conducting the workshop, Kathleen Dean Moore, was amazing and played the song Cradle of Dawn by Libby Roderick. I was hooked and have been listening to her environmentally and socially conscious songs every single day since. The surprising power and depth of her music and the humor and spontaneity of her performances have attracted large and enthusiastic audiences across the continent and all over the world. This show made possible due to the generous support of The Fairfax Companies.
