Are We Making Our Kids Sick?

Broadcast on 2014/11/15 (PT)

wp-JeromePaulsonJerome A. Paulson, MD.

Dr. Paulson is a Professor in the Department of Environmental & Occupational Health at The George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services, and a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. As a clinician, a researcher and an advocate, Dr. Paulson works to enhance children’s health, and particularly to identify and mitigate the impact of environmental hazards on pediatric populations. He is also the director of the Mid-Atlantic Center for Children’s Health and Environment (MACCHE), a federally-funded environmental health specialty unit affiliated with the Department of Environment and Occupational Health that provides education and outreach to health professionals, parents, and the community. I have lots of questions about what’s really making our kids so sick and I believe Dr. Paulson will have lots of answers. This show sponsored by The Fairfax Companies.

  1. Janet says:

Will MACCHE be dealing with radio frequency microwave radiation in schools and on children?

Wireless routers are being put into all the schools. children are using iPads and resting them on their laps. This means they are absorbing large amounts of radiation into their bodies.

This radiation is linked to leukemia, brain cancer, and immune damage. This environmental exposure at school is very serious.
Time to look at it please.

Dear Janet – I don’t know the answer to that question and I know it’s really really important. If you have a guest that you might suggest for the show, please email referencing this comment. I can say already that I agree with you.
