Join us as Dr. Blake shares her insights with us about the costs and benefits of the Roman Empire on nutrition, life expectancy, the environment and cultural heritage and the insights that these ancient foodways may provide to us for guidance for our own future. Dr. Blake is one of the guest lecturers for the University of Arizona’s Downtown Lecture Series on Food and will be presenting on November 5th at 6:30 p.m. at the Fox Theatre.
