Gardening for Butterflies and the Caterpillars That Become Them!
Saturday, June 26 at 9 am (PT)
Butterflies are some of the most beautiful and graceful of all pollinators and southern Arizona is noted for its diversity of species.
On June 26th at 9am, come to Tohono Chul Park’s Education Center #1 to hear author, naturalist and gardener Lynn Hassler explain butterfly life histories (and help you learn to love those hairy, voracious caterpillars) and offer tips on how to create butterfly habitat with plants that attract both adults and caterpillars.
This event is free. Please contact Tohono Chul Park with any questions. Tohono Chul Park is located at 7366 N. Paseo del Norte, one stoplight west of the intersection at Oracle and Ina.
